How to pay
We accept a wire transfer.
After having made your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
You can transfer the due amount to the Carotees account. Do not forget to mention the reference of your order!
Once we have registered your payment, you will be notified be e-mail, and only then your order will be processed.
Of course, we will send you the items within the shortest delay.
If, for one reason or another, your order can not be delivered, you will be completely reimbursed.
Our returns strategy remains unchanged and you are still entitled to return your order within 7 days after delivery.
Of course you will then be reimbursed as soon as possible.

FAQ
I have returned an item but I have not received any refund.
The reimbursement will be made as soon as possible after Carotees received the returned article.
If you have not received the reimbursement after a while, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail.
Please mention your order number, the name of the article and the account number to which we can make the reimbursement. Send your e-mail to info@Carotees.be.
