1. How to select an item

Step 1 takes you to the page with the offered articles and their prices. You can get more information on the product by clicking on the picture and go to the detail of the product. That detail page contains additional information and a technical card linked to it.

If you want to buy this article, you just need to fill in the number of items you want. The article will then be added to your basket. You still have not ordered any product and you are free to continue surfing through our site and add as many articles as you want. To confirm your order you click on ‘Confirm your choice’.

2. How to order

Once your choice has been confirmed, you go to the next step – filling in your details. On this page you can choose ‘Alternative delivery address’ and/or ‘I need an invoice’ and then you can fill in the necessary details. Once you have completed these steps, click at the bottom right on ‘Order/Pay’ and you will get an overview of your order and the total amount, delivery costs included. You can still make changes. At the bottom right you confirm once more. Then you will get a page with the reference number of your order, a complete overview of your order, all the details you need for a remittance, and all the personal details that you submitted earlier. You can print this page and use it for transferring your payment and for tracing your order until delivery.

3. Shipping costs

European countries are divided into three categories of shipping costs.

category 1:  5 euro

category 2: 13 euro

category 3: 30 euro

ATTENTION: THESE PRICES ARE ONLY VALID IN EUROPE !

FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE shipping costs will be invoiced at real cost and will be communicated in advance by e-mail.

You should order by e-mail or fax and not through the e-shop.
