What is the delivery period of an order

Carotees tries to keep all articles in stock. The goods will be sent within maximum 3 weeks after reception of payment. If it should happen that a certain article is out of stock, we will email you the expected delivery time
for that article so that you can decide whether to cancel your order or proceed with it. In accordance with our
Terms and Conditions, Carotees cannot be held liable for a possible delivery delay and this can not result into a damage claim or compensation. 

Delivery procedure

Delivery will be performed by Belgian Post or by a transport company. 

The orders are handled on Monday and on Friday, except for holidays. 

The packages are leaving from Belgium on the second day following the reception of payment (by remittance),
on condition that stock is available. The packages will be delivered on the address indicated by the client on
the order form.

A detailed invoice, addressed to the client, containing all details of the order, will be included. 

Carotees does not take any responsibility for the delivery period used by the Post or the transport company to perform the delivery. 

The exceeding of the delivery period can not result into a damage claim or compensation.
