CANCELLATIONS

I would like to cancel an order and it hasn’t been shipped yet

If you want to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to mention the order number, the names of the cancelled article(s) and the number of cancelled articles clearly.

If you have already paid the order, we also ask you to mention the account number to which we should reimburse you the total amount of the product.

I would like to cancel an order but it has already been shipped

We want to establish and maintain a good relationship with our customers. You have the right to return the ordered articles within 7 calendar days after delivery of the products. If you want to return an article, please follow this

procedure:

Send us the article back with correct postal charges, a copy of the invoice and in its original wrapping/packaging.

In order to refund the amount please mention your account number and full bank details (IBAN-BIC).

As soon as we have received the returned items, we will settle the amount by credit note and the payment will be refunded as soon as possible.
